Since 2014, the company has invested a large amount of manpower and financial resources, striving to build the hot forming and stamping production line into another important industry for the leapfrog development of Aotu. Over the past six years, through independent research and development of key equipment such as palletizing systems, marking systems, press loading and unloading robots, as well as thermal imaging systems, quality traceability systems, etc., integrated heating furnaces and presses, we have provided users with nearly 30 stable hot forming production lines, with a production rate of 3-5 strokes per minute, and have won the approval of customers in the hot forming industry. In 2021, the Aotto hot forming production line achieved astonishing results, accounting for 80% of the domestic market share!

### **Hot forming unit**

- One die, six parts: Optimizing production efficiency and space & resource utilization.

- 2 sets of destacking robot system and 2 sets of bi-directional servo marking system at the FOL: Ensuring over 5 SPM of destacking strokes, even repeatedly placing the blank into the heating furnace.

- 4.1m X-axis stroke of the press loading / unloading manipulator: Ensuring fast and stable pick-and-place the blank , even in one-die six-part production.

- Advanced intelligent management: Implementing Awiz thermal imaging system and quality traceability system to collect the line parameters for post-production preventive measures (supporting workpiece inspection and quality parameter optimization).

- The actual stroke has achieved 5.2 SPM, with precise and efficient automated production capacity.
