The quick-change function module provides access to media such as electricity, communications, compressed air, and hydraulic pressure for the robot execution tool, enabling simultaneous connection of supporting media when the main part of the quick-change is quickly connected. The following are the adaptation modules for AQC-120 robot tool quick change products:
Air circuit module
Realize automatic switching and transmission of compressed air, vacuum and other media, with a maximum module operating pressure of 1MPa. Typical applications include ventilation of cylinders, vacuum suction cups, etc.
Low voltage electrical module
It realizes the automatic switching and transmission of weak current signals. Typical applications: power supply and signal feedback for sensors, solenoid valves, etc., with a maximum voltage used: 50VDC, and the DIP switch can be integrated for tool tray coding.
Fieldbus communication module
Realize automatic switching and transmission of control signal communication data.
High voltage power module
To achieve the connection and transmission of power current, common applications include power supply for motors, electromagnets, spot welding machines, etc. The maximum voltage used is 600VAC, and attention should be paid to the number of pins and rated current when selecting.
Servo motor module
To achieve automatic connection of servo motors, common applications include power supply and control of servo motors, tightening guns, electric cylinders, etc. When selecting, attention should be paid to information such as the number of pins and rated current.
Hydraulic fluid module
Realize automatic connection and transmission of fluids. Common applications: water, hydraulic oil, cutting fluid and other media pass through. The use pressure does not exceed 5MPa. When selecting, pay attention to the number of passages, diameter size, and use pressure. If the use pressure is high, please contact our company.
Safe docking module
This module can detect whether the tool tray is placed in place at the docking station, enabling the release of robot execution tools only at the operating docking station, ensuring the safety of operation. When selecting this module, each tool tray needs to select it.
Combination module
Due to the limited number of installation locations for the quick change main body functional modules, when the number of functional modules exceeds the number that can be installed on the quick change main body, a combination module can be selected to combine multiple modules and install them as a whole on the quick change main body. Aovita can integrate low-voltage electrical modules, fieldbus communication modules, high-voltage power modules, and servo motor modules into a combination module. There are many types of combinations in the combination module arrangement, and the application is relatively complex.
